I"m so excited! I've talked the owner of my company into taking a group of us on a white water rafting trip in Colorado!!! Yes!!! So, now I'm on to planning....
When I lived in Colorado, I rafted on the Arkansas River in the Buena Vista area (and rafted Brown's Canyon, the Numbers, and Royal Gorge). I LOVED it, but I have no idea if this is really the best place to go in Colorado. Any ideas? Also, can anyone recommend a rafting company?

We are looking into the first weekend in June- that's when we went the last time and it was gorgeous! I'm totally giddy already!!!! I can't wait to be back!!!

When I lived in Glenwood Springs there were several trips down the white river and colorado rivers available but heck that was 20 years ago so I'm guess it has changed some but western slope is a beautiful area. All of colorado is beautiful though!!
