I have shrunk a picture 9 times today through photo bucket and shrink pictures (which I have done 3 times before). I can't remember how to send it somewhere to retrieve it for here. I thought I sent it to my pictures, wasn't there. Then I tried it to my desktop, wasn't there.

TWILIGHT ZONE! Any help available?
