Bear has had one birthday bash so far - I still remember how pooped out he was.

We throw big parties.  The family gets together and we have hotdogs, chips, mac & cheese and white cake.  I even have pictures to prove it.  My two Girls, both Leonbergers always have a lot of fun.

Yeah, everybody gets their favorite food made for them - not just a pinch but a whole meal! Then an extra long trip to the mountains. But no party hats or cake or anything. Oh, but we do sing.  :)

Seamus hasn't had a birthday yet, but I do have a friend who does something pretty funny.  He has a boxer and for every year of the dogs age he gets a huge meal of people food.  He just turned 10 and had everything from chicken wings, hamburgers, pasta, you name it. 
I don't think personally I could do it, only b/c I couldn't deal with the aftermath of Seamus' upset stomach.
But I think it is great to celebrate their big day.  This dog brings me so many smiles and happiness, its the least I can do.
