: HELP! Winston's drunk on Listerine!

Oh no.  When we came home this evening, we found the Listerine bottle on the bathroom floor.  It looks like Winston drank 1/2 the bottle! I've gotten him to drink some water and eat.  Any other suggestions???   :o

Nope...not showing any of those symptoms...he's just chiiiilin!  I don't think he drank as much as we originally thought...we just found some spilled on the bedroom floor.  I think he's ok.  Maybe I should also go out and buy him McDonald's....that always makes me feel better when I'm hungover :)

I can't believe he got past the first taste of Listerine - that's some sturdy stuff!

Listerine?! Yuk!  :P  I can hardly stand using it when I brush my teeth, I couldn't imagine actually swallowing it... :P :P :P  Maybe you guys shoulda told him that he's supposed to spit it out after he gargles.  ;) :D

Just caught this post. Since it is the following day it sounds like Winston's is going to be fine.

One thing for the future. (Oh, silly me, I'm sure Winston will never get into anything again. ::) )

Besides the obvious concern about the alcohol, there could be other ingredients one might not think were harmful such as menthol, peppermint, etc. May want to check all the ingredients.

And to you Winston, you big goof ball. Just say No! :D

I hope he is doing okay today. at least the Listerine will take away the dog breath for a while  ;)

Hello!  It was a bright and cheery morning for myself....but I'm not sure Winston felt the same!! :)  All in all, he was doing fine this morning- gobbled up his breakfast, drank water, pottied, cuddled in bed with me this morning.... I haven't received a call from my Dad (his official mid-afternoon dog walker), who usually calls whenever anything is even slightly amiss. 

So, thanks for all the concerns.  But, it's just another day with our goofie newfie!!!
