Wanted to share a picture of Harley Quinn, our latest furred addition to the family. We got her through Arizona Dalmatian Rescue. Sadly, we have enough dumped Dalmatians out here to support two separate Dalmatian rescue groups (Dalmatian Station is the other). Both are doing a great job of getting these gorgeous handfuls of fur into good homes, but it seems hard to keep up with the output of lousy first owners out there. (Okay, off the soap box...for a while... :D)

Oh Jeanne, she's DARLING!!!! What an expressive face, and her eyes truly are a window to her soul!
Congrats to you and your family!

Wow she is so pretty. What expression!
-
What a cutie!!! :)
-
What a sweet face.
Kudos to you for rescuing her.

Thanks! We agree that she's a cutie...she's got that soulful look down cold. ;)
She was estimated to be a year old when we got her, so she's about 15 months now, if we go by the vet's guesstimate.
She has a LOT of energy. I'm sure it's the main reason she got dumped and never reclaimed (and why she was in 4 foster homes before we got her). My husband and I both work from home, and we got her into obedience training instantly, so while she's had some mishaps, she's fitting in just fine with us. She tends to spend the night on our daughter's bed, and is a little bit of a bed-hog, but, you know, I think we'll keep her. ;D
Oh, and I gave her extra smootchies from the group...and, of course, had to give Goulash (our Kom) some extras, too.

Hello Harley Quinn
Its so nice to see another Dalmatian here!!
For A long time I was the only one of us here, I was lonely. I'm glad I'm not the only one, any longer. ::) I see you have been here a while, I wonder how I missed your arrival!?
My parents rescued me from a shelter, too. They had a Dal before me, named Enzo. My only brother 14 years old, he is nearly hairless and has only 2 legs, but I love him anyway.
I live in Washington. The families I had before were mean to me. :P >:(
Well I'll be seein' ya' around BPO.
Hope to get to know you better over time;

awwww she is cute !!
My dally is nearly 14 years old and called Amber ( she is a liver spot with amber eyes ) hence the name ;) ,we have had her from the age of 16 weeks, she is the most loving thing and i wouldnt be without her.
I also have a rescue golden retriever called ben we think he is about 6 years old, he was treated bad before we had him , but now he is a fantastic dog , i have no idea why someone would let such a great dog go.
My third dog is seven weeks old and we collect her next week and she is a leonberger.
If i work out how to resize my pics , then i will post some.
