Ok. I took this picture of the boys yesterday and it has inspired me! Given me faith in my photographic ability! I have it as my new avatar but I must share it with everyone in it's full glory! I really think it is the funniest picture I have ever taken in my life, definitely my favorite!!!
So I would like to ask others to post your favorite picture you've ever taken. Whether it's beautiful, funny, sweet, whatever emotion.
Let's see some dog photos!!!!! :D :D
-
Here are mine...I have only had my little girl a few days so I dont have any GREAT ones but I have plenty of my boy Zero

Here is my share

OK the B&W one should be on the cover of a hallmark or something...I love taking B&W with my good slr but I dont have that in digital :(
Beautiful pics
-
I tried to enter my pics but I think they are too large. They are around 456kb. Does anyone know how to get them smaller so I can post them? Thanks!
-
These were some of Rocky's first pictures (w/ his sister) They are my favorites for several reasons. It was Rocky's first outing and it was one of the first nice days of spring. They bring back the memory of a wonderful day. Another reason I love them is because my husband is one of the original "tough guys". Babies and our dogs bring out his soft side and I love that I captured that. :)
-
Here are a few of my fav's
Sorry, I had to throw my bird in there. I've had her over 10 yrs, and that is the best pic I think I will ever get........... .lol
Okay, as I was doing this, I realized there are too many to post, and I would take up several pages. :-\ I will stop now, before I post every picture I've ever taken. ::)

I have a few, hope that everyone does not get bored by them.

Great pics everyone! Hee's my favorites so far. First 2 - when Angus first meet Dory and last one a side profile.
-
Well, I didn't take this pic, but I've done so many repairs on it (a work in progress), that I feel it's sort of mine by now! :) It's a family picture of my grandmother, her half-brother, and the family dog, Buster. It's one of my favorite dog pictures. :)

I love it!!! It look just like that old "Buster Brown" (okay, older ones.....chime in here!!) picture from the 1950's (i'm not really THAT old....my older sister told me about it ;) ;) ;))

The is one of my favorites. It shows how she's perfected the puppy dog look. She was 3 months old. It shows how truely innocent they are.
-
Ok now I am really in love with her. Those sweet eyes just melt my heart.
-
I always thought this was my fave of Spotakiss, with his jaws stuck, although I call it cheese.

All these pictures are so cute I couldn't resist posting some of my own. He is 4 months old in these, but he is actually 1 year old as of yesterday. I have a ton of undeveloped film. One of these days I'll get it done!

The first one is of my son's dog Bandit, who waits at the bridge, and my Raven, they always slept touching somewhere, and the second one is Merlin and Strider when Strider was really little.

I forgot this pic. It is of baby Keiko and my parent's dog Akita, a aussie/collie (border?)/shepherd mix. I like it b/c it shows off her markings so well.

My best of my sweet sweet angel Rosie.  :'( I miss my sweet girl. The first photo was taken a few weeks before I lost her. I don't post her photos a lot because I cry so much when I do. Just look at those love filled eyes. She was the best a soul could ever be.

I love this thread!
Babs, i have to say Zero is one of the most photogenic dogs I've ever seen. I had never heard of his breed before you joined this group and everytime I see a picture of him, he takes my breath away.
I have so many "great" photos pre-digital camera. I'm going to have to scan some Wed. night and post them. This thread really perked up my day, though.

This is one of my fav of Shaste and Katie(pup) Who both are waiting at the bridge now. They were playing at the beach property we use to own. It may not be a really clear picture- I had to scan as it was before digital.
-
Oh there are so many! I love them all, the key is I have to be so fast to catch them in the act of being silly or sleepy etc...Our 3 Newfies are always up to something, good, bad or just plain silly. We try to keep a camera handy for those precious Kodak shots.

We took Java to The Cypress Hotel in San Jose area for his birthday and our anniversary combined... AWESOME pet friendly hotel by the way, I highly recommend them. Hardly any hotels openly welcome dogs of all sizes and breeds, our baby is 90lbs! Well this is my favorite photo that I took in the hotel room, and that's why it's our avatar! hehe Isn't he adorable?
-
Do you really want me to Kiss your big black nose?

Wow, I love looking at these awesome doggie pix! :D
I'm so bad... Ever since this thread started, I've been weedling through all my pix trying to find my favorite pictures. Well having had many dogs and lots of pictures of 8 of them... it wasn't easy! ::) I finally picked out a couple of each an made a little slideshow of them, so that I wasn't clogging up the BPO site with dozens of pictures. *ahem* 49 *cough* :-[ Yes I'm horribly indecisive.. I admit it.. :-\
So here ya go, Moni's fav doggie pix, lol :
