He LOVES getting the mail.  I cut the sound out (Because whenI was walking back to the house I smacked my head o a hanging planter and let out a bunch of not family friendly words), but he saw we were at the mail box and his tail starts wagging a mile  minute and I said "You wanna get the mail Nee?" and thats when he jumped up.  He lieks feeling needed.
