These babies (7 newfoundland/pyr pups) need homes. Â Even foster homes would be great. Â Rescue is located 45 minutes outside of Las Vegas. Â I am going to try and foster one at the very least

Those poor babies! Their poor mother. I'm glad the puppies are safe. I really wish I was closer. I would love to foster one of them. They're all so adorable.

Good news- I just clicked on the link and all the pups are gone. There is only one Newf mix available. Woohoo!I hope that someone gets him soon.

I just looked and they are all still showing. I did email the rescue bu have not heard about possibly fostering one of these babies.

Just got an email from Jenn (the rescuer) I will have to get a dog fancier license approved beforeI can fosterone of these babies. I will start on that this week. She also said she is not sure about the interest because they are not purebred....th ey are still cute babies. I just don't think that should matter

Oh wow, I want one !!!! Moose is a Newfie/Great Pyr mix and I'd give my eye teeth for another ! Alas, I don't live near Vegas and I don't have 150 dollars to spare. I should have never looked.
The mixes are $150 it says .

I think the adoption fee is 150.00. I would be happy to help transport one or two. They are right here in my home town. I want one too... I would have to apply for a dog fanciers license. They would want me to give Willow her rabies shot - which I am trying to avoid for as long as possible. Not sure what to do....

Holy CHRISTMAS those puppies are beautiful!!!! They are huge! How old are they now??? Are they really having problems getting them adopted? I would love to have one... if only I had $150 to spare right now... and lived closer... that seems like an awesome mix of breeds! I am still kicking myself for not trying harder when some newf/saint mix puppies were up for adoption about a month ago!

Hi this is Jenn the one who rescued these guys. We do still have 2 left. Edric the male Landseerish one and Gabi the female black.
They cannot leave until Nov 1st after their second set of shots.
Yes most of them have the double dewclaws because of the Great Pyr in them. Their temperaments are wonderful! They are sweet and it's been so much fun having them here. We also have their grandfather, their aunt and their aunt/half sister here. We have had many from that local breeder but the 2 who bred them are no more. I took every last female and dog (minus one male he has) so that should be the end of them in Vegas. They had wanted to breed one female at 6 months old so he could sell them as purenbreds for $750 in the paper until I sicked A/C on him mwuahaha.
We really want them to go to somewhere thatthey get alot of attention and not just one dog of many. These guys are very active and need something to do or they get VERY destructive.
Some of them seem to like water as well.

We are keeping them here until adopted becuase of their vaccinations and wanting to meet most of the adoptive families. We are taking 3 up to northern Nevada so all in all it makes sense to keep them here until adopted. I also will do some training with them in the meantime since I am a trainer. They also need to be socialized and worked with.
We do have a nutty Pyr up for adoption that needs fostering hehehe

Fern, the black female is back up for adoption. The people adopting backed out, no clue why. So we have now Fern left. The other Landseerish one, Edric, is pending adoption.

Would you waiver or lessen the adoption fee if I have to fly her?

I'm sorry but we can't. :( We have the lowest adoption fees about anywhere and take much of a loss on each dog we adopt. Each penny comes out of my pocket. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the adopter.

It would be nice when jenn gets non profit status, can you take donations now Jenn?
people in rescue have as much expenses as we responsible breeders do.
we dont make a penny on breeding, in fact we are so far in the hole it is not funny! LOL
