Hello all, does your dog have a nickname or names?
Orion - is kitty.... when we brought him home he was the runt and only 3lbs, with his cropped ears and his little body he reminded my mom of a little kitten and the name has stuck. We aslo call him "O" and kitty cane corso ( gotta say it fast :)
Aspen came prenamed to us as we raised him for CCI and he did not make the cut ( low work ethic) we have just recently starting calling him Woo Woo also :) One of the things I am teaching him to do is to say his name... it is pretty cute!
Kia's full name is kiahali... she as of this moment doens't have a true nickname.

Lady is Ladybug or Booger...I call her Bug or Button sometimes too
Grace is Gracey or Stinkpot or Little One.

You all have cute nicknames. Mine aren't so creative.
Lily is Lilabear or lilabean. My daughter calls her silly lily.
Raven is meat head or dumb a** (she get's into a lot of stupid situations lol) We also call her raisin.

my now three year old couldn't say V's when we got Raven so she called her raisin. Then my husband starting saying that her coloring looked like cinnamon swirl raisin toast. Long story. But the nickname raisin stuck.

Isn't it funny how we all give our pets nicknames? It's almost like their real name doesn't exist. Except when their in trouble of course. lol. And I think kids make it even more fun because we change names to make it easier for them and then they just somehow stick.

Mojo's nicknames are Mojitoes, Bubby (a mix of Buddy and puppy), ol'man and Jay calls him Moldytoes as a play off of the first one. ???
Faust's are Dingbat, Doofy, Fowder Chowder and Fouse the House.
Zeo's nicknames are Spaz, ZeeZee, Witch and Psycho.
Kida's usually referred to as Rat or Ratdog, luckily she doesn't know that since we don't sign it for her though. :-X
Tenchi's are Moofin, Tenchisaur, Beast, Moose, Heifer, The Great White Dane and THE BABY. ie.. THE BABY wants this or THE BABY wants that. :D
Gyrl's are about as original as her name is. ::) Sweetie, Lady, Miss or on days when she has more than the normal accidents she probably thinks her name is GDI. lol For G** Da** IT! :-[

I use Sanity's nick name probably more than I use his real name. It's "Nee Nee". "Nee" for short. Variations like Neeners, and Nees. I don't know WHY I started calling him that I just did and it stuck. Hardcore. Matt calls him "Moose" (SOOOOO Original for a Dane) and "Old Stupid". We also call him "Galumph" and "Noodge" and "Momma's Boy" and "Cry Baby". I hope he doesn't develop a complex. His full name is Sanity Rufus *Insert Last name here*.
Hobo we call "Hobes" (HOE-bzzzz), "Hobey" (HOE-bee), "Bose" (BOHZE), "Bosey" (BOH-zee), "Hobikins", "Fatty" (He's not really fat, but he's barrel chested compared to the other two who have TINY waists), "the Tank" and Matt's brother calls him "Fuzzy". His full name is Hobo Harley Earl *Insert Last name here*.
Araby. Sigh. I will REFRAIN from any name I call her that has vulgarity in it as that will shorten the list considerably. I swore, when I was younger, that I would NEVER name a dog "Princess". We call Araby "Princess" constantly. She just demands the title. It sucks. We also call her "Bibs", "Bibble", Bibbleness", "Bibsy", "Bibble the Fribble", "Arabibble", "Arafribble", "Princess Bibble Butt", "Pretty Girl", "Harpie", "Wench", "Princess Bi-atch", "The Spotted Wh*re" (Ask Moni I really do refer to her with these names ALL the time), and her full name is Araby Francis *Insert Last name here*.

Dilbert's nicknames are Dibby or Dibby-do. Harley is Hars Harlikins or sweety. Jolene's (our cat) is Joe or mini meow

Zeus is either just his name, or "Zeus-ers". Josh calls him "Runt".
Apollo is "Meat-Head", "Jaws" (that one's my favorite!) or Fuzzy-butt. He's also referred to as "Mommy's Boy".
Onyx is "Hair-Ball" (I swear, he makes the cats get them all the time!) or when I'm feeling silly, we call him "Snuf-A-Luf-A-Gus". (when he walks, his belly sways from side to side, adn he snorts A LOT! :D)

Gwen is usually just "Fatty"...
Ranger is "Ranger Roo", "Roo", "Roo-dy", "Roo-dy Roo", or "Rany". I usually just call him Roo myself when referring to him or cuddling with him. I really only call him Ranger when I really want his attention...
My beloved departed Cabo was "Bo", "Bobo", and "Mr. B."

Dozer's nickname is hoser or mushmouth, Gretchen's is wretched, Echo's is Echobeans, Marksman's is Marky Mookie, Tealk's is Tealkinstein and Grizelda's is Ditch bitch

Feste's nicknames are Feste-boy, Festivus, Goofus, Grace and Legs (lol- very original, that ;D ).
Chance gets Chance-i-gator when he's being good; Chance-i-nator when he's destroying something; Chance-tigator (pronounced like instigator) when he's started something that gets all the boys in trouble.
Puck gets Puckster and THE Puckster... he's also know as my crack-baby puppy, because he just ain't right and he probably came from some crack-house apartments not too far from here.
Collectively they are 'the boys'.

Well, let's see....Cabeza has several, too. He also has a song. His nicknames are, The Big, Big, Man, Dancin' Bear, (he jumps up and dances when Mark sings his song and he looks like a Bear), Rough Stuff, Fatty, Fatty-boom-batty, Whudda, Whudda-Bhudda...mmm....I think that's it. Oh, and Mark calls him Buddy alot. (I don't, I think that's dumb. ;D

bruiser = my grandfather calls him bruiser the loser
chewie , he doesnt really have one :-\
angel = miss angel , weezer (she weezes and gags when she gets overly excited , not sure why? ???)

Yogi also has a song....it goes like this....My belly-o, I love you so, My belly-o. You're sweet, your swell-ee, you jiggle like jelly, My belly-o, I love you so. Sometimes you're smell-ee, we say oh well-ee. my belly-o, I love you so. (This song is sung while he lays on his back spread eagle while I rub his belly) Oh bell !!!

Well, its sort of hard, its more about the rhythm than the words. And, the rhythm always changes. But, the words are usually like this:
"He's a big big man, he's a big big man. Yes he is! Yes he can!" (Here is where he starts dancing) "Oh! He's a dancin' bear, he's a dancin' bear! He don't know, he don't care!"
HAAHAHAHAHAHHA HA! Mark sings this to him all the time! hahahha! Sometimes I sing it to the tune of "Your a Grand Old Flag". And I add words specific to the situation. So, it'll go something like this,
"You're a big big man, your a big big man. You're going to get a ba-ath. You're a big big man...". etc.

Our guys have so many songs it isn't even funny. We change every single song that comes on the radio around to fit our dogs...
For some reason, I can only remember Cabo songs right now, but here are couple of his...
We would sing "Hey! Ho! I'm Bo!" to the tune of Blitzkrieg Bop whenever it came on... That 311 song that goes "amber is the color of your energy..." became "black is the color of the good doggy.."
Oh - here's one for Ranger. In the Splash Mountain ride at Disneyland, after you splash down, the characters are singing this song, where part of it goes "How do do? Awfully glad to meet you.." or something like that. For Ranger, we always sing "Hello, I'm Roo! Probably going to bite you..."
Yeah, we are freaks...

Harley (Flat Coated Retriever) has many nicknames but the most common - used only by my husband is dorky boy!! Which is better than what he called him as a puppy, which I think would be censored.
Just like the kids if I get angry with him I use his full name when I call him.

Taz = Tazmanian, Tazmanian Devil, Devil Dog (my dad calls him that when his eyes glow red in the dark), Ladies Man (girls at the store call him that), and The Wonder from Down Under :D

Kiah's nickname is Ki. My husband wanted to name her Kumba, but I said it sounded to much like a boys name. Now he calls her Kumba Kiah and sings it in a tune he made up. It's so funny!!! He also has a song for my daughter name. He's so wierd!

i posted before mydogs nicknames , but my other babies have them 2 :P my guinea pig porky is porkster , my kittens annie and oliver are "ms barebutt" (she has no tail) and ollie.. my snake hydra , my mom calls him hydrant(sp?) :D :D

We use Riley's nickname more than his real name most of the time - its BUBBA. Lots of variations: "Bubba-bear", "Bubsy", "Bubs", "Bubster", "Rubble-D-Bubbles", "Rubble-Bubble-Dubs"! There is also "Ry-Dog", "Riley-Bear", "The Beast", "The Cracken", "The Monster" and "B*stardly"!!! ::)
Jojo the bengal kitty's nicknames: "Joje", "Jiggles", "Jiggy-Jiggy", "Jiggety-Joje" "Jigglestein" and "Evil" ;D
Pudding the black kitty's nicknames are: "Poo", "Little Poo", "Pudd", "Secret Squirrel" and last but not least: :D "Puddence Von-Puddington - of the Baltimore Puddinshires"

Ranger's nicknames: Ranger Notorious D-O-G, Ranger D, Bubbies, Mama's Bubby, Puppito, Bubba-Roo and his song of course...
"You're Ranger, Ranger...ready for Danger! You're the best dog ever!...
and then I add stuff to it depending on the situation.
