I just received an email about this legislation and thought I would share this with you all. Seems like a worthwhile thing to do. All I know is that if a natural disaster happens here and we have to be evacuated, Drake and our kitties are coming with us. There is no way I would leave them behind, I would probably go insane. Check out this link and decide for yourself, I think this is a good idea "just in case" something happens here.
