I am a member of BPO and Tiny Tracks and neither board includes Border Collies! Personally, I think the Border Collie would fit better at BPO!
Borders are wonderful dogs and so full of personality!
Any other Border Collie families out there that would like their own board?

I have a Great Pyr/ border collie mix. And he ia such a character! But I wouldn't trade him in for anything in the world. He is the best doggie in the world.
Here is a pic of him at 6-7 wks old and I'll post another one of him at 6 months

are you sure border collies aren't on here? Australian Shepherds are. That's how I snuck in here - and border collies are the same size, basically the same dog. Besides, it's the love of big dogs that brought us together, but everyone here loves talking about all dogs - no matter what size their paws are.

And here is Dibby at 6 months, you can see how much his face looks like a border collie, but he is much bigger than one, but a little smaller than a Pyr

I have a border collie/lab mix named Floyd! He's from a high-kill shelter in Northern California. We've had him for a little over a month. I'm new to the special personality characteristic s of the border collie, so I'd love to chat with other B.C. people!
Looking forward to making new border collie friends!

I have two VERY mixed breed puppies and we think that one of them has many border collie traits. Daisy is believed to have a different father than the rest of the litter(of 9). She is extremely intelligent, high energy and very easily bored. We have tried frisbees, retrieving, dog parks etc, and none of these have seemed to curb her desire to run away and/or destroy everything in her site. Just this morning I began to research border collies because so many people have brought it to our attention that she has many of these traits. Does any of this sound familiar to you? She is only 9 months old and it is clear that her adoloscence has begun(I'm being paid back for MY teenage years...i just know it! ::))
How old is Floyd? What is he like?
