Come lets see some Pics Bernese Dogs anyone?
-
That baby has such an adorable face. He looks so determined in that picture.
-
This is Murphy at 7 weeks...he's now 9 weeks old. Never had a Bernese before but am loving it so far. Our lab would probably disagree, but she'll get used to him.
-
Oh yeah, this is the doghouse we built for our dogs...hahaha. Our neighbors call it the red condo.
-
OMG.
He's on the kidnap list for sure. TOO CUTE!!!!
:-* :-* Give him those from me, so when I come to 'nap him, he won't bark.
And I love the house, too. I know, I know; everyone's babies live in the house , but there's nothing quite as cool as a really great doghouse for decorating the yard!

Very cute puppy! The dog house is great. I saw a Bernese on the weekend and was in love!!

We just moved to south Denver, CO from Orange County, CA (what a big change, i know). We wanted to get a new puppy and couldn't decide between a pyrenese, newfoundland, or the bernese. We decided on the bernese because of the coloring and we heard they are dry-mouthed so won't drool as much. Doesn't it look like someone painted these dogs? I can't get over the brown above each eyes and the white on the tip of the tail. amazing.
Here's some more pics. We really wanted to keep him from roaming in the yard, yet leave the doghouse available for the other dog (no shade anywhere else), so we built an enclosure for him. He broke out..we put on a roof, he went underneath...h e wins and now roams the yard with the lab.

He is so cute!!!!! I love Berners and they're definitely on the list of future breeds to get.
-
What big paws. He weighed 15 pounds at 8 weeks and has to be at least 20 by now. Thank-god he learned to go up the stairs after 1 day.
-
Ok, Murphy just made it to the top of some kidnap lists :)
-
He is soooo cute! He looks very mischevious!
-
He is absolutely precious. :-*

Hello everyone! :)
I`m new here and I wanna to represent my dog - Astor. Of course, he is bernese mountain dog and he is 14months old. He brings joy into my life. And lots of worries too. ;D
Here is his website -> http://astor.gajba.net
There you can find everything about him, his life, his pics and more.

Astor is gorgeous!! I love the pic with the flower behind the ear!
Welcome to BPO. I am Krista and we have a growing family. I am ran by Sadie, an 11 year old Husky mix, and Sam, a 3 year old Lab mix. We are going to adopt Cosmo, a 6 year old Great Dane, on Friday.
I, myself, am new here and fair warning...... it's addictive. Enjoy!!

Cosmosmama: Astor thanks you for compliments! ;)
I see you have a big "dog" family! That is wonderful. I hope someday I could also have more than one dog. More the merrier or how exactly is it said? ;D ::)
And a lot of joy with new Great Dane. I love this breed also. They are so elegant and beautiful! Well, but for now, nothins beats my Astor. :)
Greetings,
Mojca

Oh I had forgotten all about these pictures! I want a Berner now!
Like we need another shedding breed :) But those are really cute pictures.
-
I was going to post a new pic of Gabe. I had just finished sweeping the floor and accidentally took a picture of the hair pile ;D, thinking it was the dog! How can they shed so much and not be bald in a week?

With all the hot weather lately, I thought you might enjoy a picture of this past winter. :-) Tango just loves the snow!

Hello everyone!
I slightly forgot on this site. :( Probably because I am from another part of the world and I mainly spend time on "home forums". :) But foreign are great also! :)
Well, summer is behind us and in the fall me and my bernese Astor started with another obedience class. We are now preparing fot international obedience exam. 8) And I am starting to think about training rescue... My instructor loves Astor and she says that he is just the right character for rescue dog. 8) But rescuing lost people and not from ruins or snow - for that Astor is to heavy (almost all bernese are to heavy for this).
Here are some new pics:
