Seing all these puppies, made me think that why not have a birthday list for our babies. The rescue group I am working for use this birthday alarm site, to wish eachother a happy birthday. But why not make one for all our dogs and make a day for them when they big occasion is. The ones who have rescues or dont know when the birthday is, could use the day they got them or any other day they choose. Anyone else think that would be fun.

1985 wow, you are young girl lol...... but you are right, why not do mom and dad too. I will look for the site and link on here. Then maybe Michael can help, and see if it is possible and how we could make that "alarm" go "off" on this site. Hmmmm do you think something like that would be possible Michael???? I hope you see this... I'll get back with the link.

Okay, here is the site http://www.birthdayalarm.com I have put everyone who has posted their birthdays to my page, if Michael can get that thing to "alert" this forum, or have an idea for something else on here, that would be great. But I will keep on adding everyone who post the birthdays and post a "happy birthday" hopefully on the right day lol....

Sakwa and Tali are unknown...but they are about 3 so say 2002 and they feel like July babies to me. We got them on the 16th (of August)So I'm going to say 7/16/02! I declair it so!

Great idea!...Samson's b-day is July 23, 2004...He is 1 of the only 3 furbabies I have out of 12 that I know the exact b-day of.

Well this way I get to see how old everyone is lol.... and I am a sucker for sending birthday wishes, merry christmas, happy easter, you name it, so I will have a lot of fun posting happy birthday wishes for the babies here (cough cough) exactly how many dogs do we have???? ;D
I am adding the names and dates to my list and it is getting longer :D

Hey Marit - I just tied the Calendar Events including our puppies birthdays to the home page of the site... left column. As for the alarm - it might take some time.

Thanks, this site is changing the whole time, sometimes there are things I dont even see until someone point them out to me.That might be some kind of lack of being observant from my side ::) I'll work on that one ;D

:) We're working on this just about 7 days a week Marit. Most of the things are little bugs - some are minor features. The big features are obviously easy to point out tho! :)
Anyway, thanks for the feedback everyone! If you have any other ideas, bugs, or just general requests, just post! ;)

That's very kind of you to say Marit - I think its the best dog site myself! Of course with bias. Newf Net is another favorite but thats just because it's all noofys all the time. Anyway, the work here is all fun and it's really cool to hear nice things like that.

Carolyn, I am 1964, I have a plan though, since hubby is younger, I am from now on only having birthday every other year, that way he will catch up. And you know it dont you...... men peek at a much younger age then us women, we are like a good wine, get better with age lol....
