You have to put yourself on the map.  There should be an option to do that on the right hand side I think?

Sampson is north-suburban Chicago right now...
but we're moving to South Florida (Ft. Lauderdale) soon!
We'll be looking for playmates too!

Pretty neat idea!  Although, if you live close to another person and they are South of you, their marker covers up yours unless you zoom in really close!  Darn you Yogibear!!!!   ;)
