Our female is two years old.  We waited until she was two.  The male is only nine months and we were not sure if he would be able to get her pregenant but he did. :)

Hey just wanted say that I love this site.  It is so nice to read about people who love these great dogs as much as we do.  We have six children and four dogs.  two OEM, a black lab, and a shep/bassit mix.  All of our dogs are part of the family.  We are new to this site and just love it.

Your female looks identical to mine.  Can you register the pups if the male is only 9 months old?

I just visited your site - great pics!  It is so nice to see that dogs are so much a part of a family!  One suggestion - add a guestbook to your site. It is nice to hear visitors comments.

im new to the website and i just checked out your site your dogs are so cute. my fiance and i just got a 1 yr old english mastiff she is fawn with a black mask we also have a mutt who is lab and german sheperd we love them they are part of our family too

Yes we can register the pups because our female is 2.  From what I have found out is that as long as the female is at least 2 then it's fine.  We have already talked to AKC and everything is in place.  Zena is getting an Xray on Friday to see how many pups their are,  We are really excited, she is getting so big.  And yes she looks just like your dog, they could pass for sisters.  How cute is that!!
