Or is the main board kind of screwy?:  It's listing every single post instead of just bumping the latest threads.

it does that to me if I dont refresh...but as soon as I refresh it puts all the posts back under the thread they are posted under...its like the page is refreshing it self....if that makes any sense what so ever. lol

the page now seems to be auto-refreshing like if I open BPO at 3pm but don't check the posts till 4pm the latest posts from 4pm will be at the top of the screen even if I never hit refresh.  I like it.   :)

Yes, it does seem to act like it is on drugs  :o  Keeps refreshing but it takes it a while jumping around and relisting them until it finally gets them all ordered.  Freaky to watch it happening  :o
