I'm afraid that if they ever actually GOT a squirrel, they would start climbing the trees to get MORE of the lil varmints!  hehehe!

Don't know if you'll be able to see enough detail in the picture below; look at the front edge of the window... then look inside the front window. Hoepfully you'll be able to see the squirrel and the cat having a, to the death, stare down.

Good doggies - those pesky squirrels can be vicious little blighters! They're so cheeky and seem to take great delight in teasing the dogs and they're so blase about it because they know they can get away.
