I don't know in Aussies, but in a lot of breeds, the pigment will keep filling in for a few weeks yet.

I'm not into the show scene so I can't be much help on coloring but I'd like to welcome you to BPO and I'd love to see pictures of your puppy...I have a red merle aussie Lacey.

Yes, in alot of breeds, their colors can continue to change somewhat until they get their adult coat in........nose s included.   :)

are the nose spots little specks, or large patches? if they are large patches, they will probably not fill in. is your baby a red or black tri? if red the nose pigment will most likely fill in, but slowly. if black, it could go either way, it could never fill in, it could be all black by age 6 months, or it could take until the dog is almost 3 years old to fill in. my boy is a BM and he has 2 large pink spots on his nose, which will (most likely) never fill in. he is 5 1/2 months.
