have a 2-year-old male mastiff (neutered). He is normally very docile and is great around other people (including toddlers), except for when we have to take him to the vet. Then he becomes extremely aggitated, growling, snarling (and will even try to bite the vet). Even after we sedate him he still does not what to be touched or examined (he's even muzzled). He is not aggressive with other animals, it is just being around the vet. Has anyone had this issue before and how was it handled? Behavior modification, etc.. any advise would be greatly appreciated.
