The side of the food packaging that you feed your dog should have a good indicator.
But it kinda depends on your dogs activity level
Arkyd Weighs 140lbish has 6 cups a day but he comes to work with me and plays with a yella lab all day
Chav weighs 85lbs and has four cups a day if he came to work with me (he cant cuz he's a pain in the but) he probably get a bit more
Porter gets 6 cups a day but that is directed by the vet cuz when we rescued him he was really under weight

i normally just wait to see how the are for the next few days
Our bloodhound always steals chocolate in large quantaties but somehow he doesnt have problems
