Saint Bernard General Discussions / Anyone know what would be causing this wheezing?

I have a 3 yo St. Bernard that is just the love of my life.  Recently she started "wheezing" in the morning almost as if she is trying to cough up a hair ball or something.  It only happens for a short time in the morning.  Anyone know what could be causing this?  Thanks.
