Yay! I haven't been on in awhile and am so glad to see another Giant Schnauzer aboard! Welcome! He is a very beautiful boy. I have an 18 month old GS named Kaiser and he also is very much a clown. Never a dull moment though!
Love the photo! Wendy and Kaiser

rally obedience is a  relatively new sport to AKC and is a type of obedience that is a bit easier and funner than the more formal obedience, as you can talk to your dog to encourage him through a course of about 12-14 different exercises set up in a course type of setting. one station might be a down stay while you walk all the way around the dog, the next might be a 360 degree turn while heeling etc. it is fun and a good bonding time and good preperation for formal obedience!

I am proud to announce that Kaiser earned  his rally novice title today! We showed on Thurs, Fri and today and earned all 3 legs in 3 days! I am very pleased as this was his first show and he behaved very well despite the fact he was in the company of 1,400 or so dogs! Thanks for letting me share!
