Collars, crates, & other cool things / Doggie Pet Towels
« on: May 28, 2007, 11:49:24 pm »
I'm not particularly happy with the car towel that I'm using now either stuck with hair or dry up like a brick whenever I want to use.

I came across this towel and heard it removes moisture especially well. Any one have used it before and can comment this towel marketed for dogs
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000AMBEVM/ref=wl_it_dp/002-5268064-3857632?ie=UTF8&coliid=I3E0SSAMM18JB0&colid=28MMU12N62P6L
as well as the normal human ones :

The human ones seems to be a little cheaper than the 1 use for dogs.

I'm actually also looking at the soggy dog towels but the material is not so ideal so any1 can comment as well?

Hi all, I've came across this webby for quite some time and have especially like the section on new cool stuffs here. I own 2 samoyeds and 2 malteses and my favourite pastime is to look out for innovative and cool doggie stuffs all across the globe for them. I'm currently residing in Singapore and my dogs are here with me as well.

I walk both my sammies together...we have leash laws here so they get a prong each and a wacky walker coupler making them walk side by side...works great without even needing to pull them. The prong just reminds them not to go after cats or toads or whatever that is around...usual ly my boy gets agitated with them only.

The wacky coupler works as a horse leash for increasing speed and directing them instead of pulling or restricting them. The rubbery part makes my direction made know to them by wiggling through, so they dun get the jerk like usual leashes.

I like the sensory experience for the dog...but I'm more afraid of the bottle racking the things off the tables when they go obsessed over it...any experience?

i was toying with getting one of this for my 2 sammies as well as my current technique gives me backbreaking sessions weekly. But I tried various tools like slickers, greyhound etc and find that only the pin brush let the loose hair out nicely without getting the extra out.

I believe if u r not showing your dog or are more concern about the hotspots then lost of coat, then the furminator will be just one of those tools that eases the owner's back as well as time.

yap I like their martingale collars also, but seems they are too overwhelmed by back orders and their website is not taking anymore orders. Even emailing and calling doesn't get much response.

my vote goes to the westpaw designs hurley's...got a few for my sammies, none of them got a chip! I placed them in their crate where they can have access to it during the nights. No nothing after months of chewing!

I believe they give u a 1 to 1 replacement if your dog can undo them. Just check with the stores as its printed on the labels as well. ;D
