Paige, my heart goes out to you during this stressful time. That sort of news is just crushing. Hopefully the treatment will be successful. My thoughts are with you.

Midwest makes an XXL crate, that you can get with a divider. This is the one we got, it is huge and very sturdy.

He is wicked cute, but I will pass on the piggie pets.  My mastiff wents nuts trying to find the piglet on my desk when he heard those squeals coming from my computer. Sigh... big goofie dog.

There are companies now that offer doggie DNA tests for mixed breeds, that you do at home with a cheek swab and mail in. Though I do not know much about them, you might want to look into that and see if it might be of interest to you.

Obviously this woman had no clue what she is talking about since bulls are not huge mastiffs at all. Gunner is a very handsome boy, I love that picture in your other post, where he found a stick, sort of silly but majestic all at once. Congratulation s on your fine looking boy and your unbelievable restraint, I would have slammed that rude b*tch into next week.

General Board for Big Dogs with Big Paws / Our new buddie

We have been looking for a new dog since we lost our Caislean to bone cancer, but it seems a good fila is harder to find than they use to be. I have been surfing craigs list incase something jumped out at me, and here he is. Nice bullmastiff, just under a year old, needed a new home. He will need some training as the lady that owned him, did not have enough time to work much with him. But we do! He is such a love bug, meet "Brinks"
