Bills & Other Legislative Acts / Breed restrictions!!!!!

My family and I are currently looking for an Apartment and I am getting extremely dissappointed with the bad rap that many of the bigger breed dogs are getting...
I am seeing a lot of "no German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Great Danes, Cane Corsos, etc...."
What are your thoughts?
It makes me upset...althou gh I don't own any of these breeds right know...I have int the past and I may in the future...I do not believe that all of these dogs have been classified as High risk...insuran ce wise.

Hello everybody....
Hope all are having a good day. I am posing a question and here it is.....
How many of you Doggie Parents have had formal Dog obedience training for you and your dogs?
If you did have such training was your experience good or bad?
Please explain your answers if you can. Please do not mention specific companies or names.
What things do you think the instructor could have done to make your experience better? Once again please no specifics...th ank you.

Hello my name is Christi, I am a lover of big dogs and was wondering why samoyeds aren't on the list...I myself have a 72 lb sammy named Zachary and as soon as I figure out how to get his picture online I will send it in...he is a big, loveable polar bear. I have been owned by many big dogs through my life, German Shepherds, Saint Bernard/Shepherd mixes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and now my Samoyed. 
I am currently studying to become a dog obedience trainer and behavior modification, so hopefully more dogs will remain in their loving families rather then on the street or in the pound.
