Hi! I just bought a 6 month old St. Bernard puppy. He was raised on concrete, outside with a dog house but,  with lots of snow. We live in Western Maryland and it gets cold a lot here. He was raised by Amish so running water to clean the kennel is a problem in the winter. Could this be the reason for his sore feet when he walks on concrete or asphalt?

We will be going to the vets next week if I can't find what is wrong.
