Zeus has turned 10 months! time flies by , Well he has gotten over his possesion aggression finally. Now he's on to opening the gate door to get out of the yard lol. Well i know i saw another story about a Newf an a Coyote on here, so here's anotha one. Last night Zeus was in his room an he wouldnt stop barking, at first I thought he was just being a brat cause he was gated in his room an putting up a stink. Then thought well mabye he has to go the bathroom so i reluctently got up an got his leash an went outside with him so he was walking in the yard an then abruptly turned an practically ripped my arm off. He tore over to the other side of the fence an was really snarling an barking an low an behold i look up an a coyote not 20 yards away well that coyote went a running! So i jumped the fence an gave a half hearted chase lol. But anyway just a quick Newfie story, i was curious if my Zeus who was acting all tough would have he been outside the fence lol but anway take care an Merry Xmas , Kala Xristooyena for u Greeks out there haha

My newfie is 8 months an has been limping slightly on an off for sometime but it was usually in the morning afta laying on it for sometime an then he was fine when he got up. Well brought him to a specialist an he said he had a FCP and OCD an he suggested getting him scoped cause at his age they seem to respond well to it. Now of course the breeder was kinda against surgery an the doc was for it so any suggestions?? i dont care about the money i just want whats best for our dog thank you.

I was curios if anybody else has run into this an if its normal. Today Zeus grabbed  a napkin an when i went to get it he started to run around the house so i couldnt get him but i finally got him by the collar an started to reach for it an he started to growl but trying to be the dominate one i still went for it an he got me on the hand not bad didnt break the skin but never the less he got me. I still didnt back down an got the napkin. Now i can total take his food an water dish when he's eating an he doesnt make a peep an 99 percent of the times i can grab things out of his mouth but everyonce in a blue moon he tries this s*** any suggestions or insight would be great thank you D

Zeus who is 8 months will go in an out of being nudgie an restless at night an after walks he still is hypa! Do u think this is due to growth spurts or just bieng a pup??
