Hey guys, A breeder friend of mine is looking for "pyr-fect" home for a few of her dogs. The most important thing is that they be full family members and loved on each and every day. I told here that one of the best places to find the type home she is looking for would be BPO.  Two of these pups are litter mates to my Izzy Bell and Beuman. One is even a son of "FAME" the Westminster group winner. I will attach photos of each of the pups. Plese feel free to pass this information on to anyone that you think would make an outstanding home.

Well not the dock of the bay, but the dock of our lake. This is from yesterday afternoon.  It so hard to get them to all stay in the same place for a photo.

This is Penny with her first kong type toy.

  Thanks guys I got my BPO sunshine card just when I really needed it.  Since I picked up Penny Lane two weeks ago my Mom's house burned, Penny had to have x-rays on her leg, Dixie has kennel cough, now Sugar Bear has kennel cough.  I just hope that Penny does not get it also. Now if I can just help Mom find a place to live, other than just with me deal with the insurance company and get my three fur-babies all feeling better life will be great again. It really is nice know that I have you guys when things get to be just a little to much to handle.  During all of this it has been just a joy to have little Penny Lane to love on.  She gets up to potty at 2:30 and just covers my face with kisses. Who needs sleep when you can have puppy breath and licks.

What a week this has been.  Everything was going great until I got a call at 4am on Saturday that my Mom's house has burned. She had to break a window and jump out. She opened her bedroom door to find a blast of heat and a wall of flames. Please make sure you have a plan to get out of every room in your house. We had to take her to the hospital but she is doing as well as she can given the events.  We spend most of the day going through the house trying to find some thing that could be saved, but not much luck. While I was there my hubby called to tell me that Penny Lane could not walk on her back leg. So I jump in my SUV and make the drive to the vets office where they are doing x-rays.  They really can not tell us for sure what it was, but I do have them sending the x-rays to my regular vet on Tuesday. She was out of town and we had to take the only vet that would come in on Saturday afternoon.  After rest and a lot of love from both of us she is doing a lot better, she even wants to run when we go out to potty.  My breeder was great he was on the phone with be four times during the night just to be sure she was ok. Her temp went up to 103 for a little while.  Our best guess is she jumped and fell on it wrong.  Anyway this is what I want to think until I know more.  So for now she is ok, we just have to make sure she get lots of rest for a few days and does not get to play with Sugar Bear and Dixie.  By the way Dixie is very mad at me for taking her new puppy away. She has been being a great Mom. Oh and on top of all of this Dixie is in heat.  So Penny Lane and my Mom sure could use some of that BPO power and prayers.

This will teach Penny Lane not to walk under Sugar Bear.  We went outside for a little walk. Well Sugar Bear had to pee very bad, which means a long time. Well Penny loves to run under him, and guess what Yes she did get yellow rain on her head. She had such a funny look on her face. Then we had to give her a bath, which she did not like at all. Silly girl.
