I am so glad to know other are doing scrapbooks. As soon as I have some time I will take a photo of some of my layouts.  I would love to see bears.  I just finished a cute mud pages and then a nap page.

Anyone here into doing a scrapbook of your fur-babies?  When I lost my dear sweet Rosie last July, I went through every photo in the house looking for photos of her.  It would have been so nice to have a scrapbook of her to look at during those endless nights.  As soon as the breeder e-mailed me a photo of Sugar Bear I started making a furbaby scrapbook.  I have done the same thing with Dixie.  As for Dixie I even has one of the photo of her Mom cleaning her.  I have added everything from the "Live Animal" sticker from Delta Dash to a page of them taking naps.  Yes I know it is a litttle overboard, but I am having a great time doing it.  I just though of another page I have to add.  I have one of Sugar Bears baby teeth, should make a good page with lost of photos of his big boy smile.   As soon as I have time I will take a photo of some of the pages and post them.  I would love to hear any ideas you may have for page layouts.

My babies (pyrs) will not eat if I do not add a little cottage cheese, cheese soup.  I just add enouth to make they like the tast.   Sometime I add a cooked egg or a cut up hotdog.  They liked green beans for awhile but will not eat them now.

Try a little can pumpkin (not the pie mix).

What supplements do you use?  Sugar Bear my 10 month old Great Pyrenees has so trouble with a limp and stiffness from time to time from Paino.  I am told that it should go away in a few more months.  It just kills me to see him in pain.

Hi all.   I am Lisa the mother of three Great Pyrenees. Rosie 9 1/2 years old is at the bridge waiting on me.  Sugar Bear 10 months old, he is just as sweet as his name.  Dixie Darlin, she is my little wild child but then she is only 4 months.  Dixie and Sugar Bear are in the photo.

I lost my 9 1/2 year old pyr last July.  After seeing me cry for two weeks non-stop and crying some himself I am sure my husband will say "just find a good one" when I am ready for number three.  I think that any man that truly loves you will want you to have anything that can bring the type of joy a fur-baby does.  Good Luck, you will get that second one I am sure. Just let him know how much loving them and being loved by them means to you.

Thank you.  The photo was taken on Dixie's first day home.  I could tell Sugar Bear was going to love her when he first saw her.

I have two Great Pyrenees, one is 10 1/2 months old (Sugar Bear)and the other is 4 1/2  months (Dixie).  It is much less work with the second, since they have a playmate. Getting a playmate has been great for Sugar Bear. I had spoiled him so much he did not know how to play with another dog.  Now he does not know how to stop. It is so fun to see him taking care of his little sister.  She by his side 24/7.   I am even thinking of getting a third, just don't tell my husband.

Very good news.  I currently see two vets, one that is only about 3 miles from us and one that is 15 miles.  That way if one is out when need someone I can take them to the other one.  I make sure I have a record of all of the files. That way I all ways have two vets that my dog know.

Thanks so much.  I just love the marking on Sammy's ears. Rosie had the same marking up until she was about 3 years.
