BPO is my new 12 step program but please don't cure me of this addiction!!!  I too was a lurker until I stood in front of the meeting and admitted ----"Hi my name is Cindy (Now all of you say "Hi Cindy") and I am a BPO Lurker :-[....  But seriously, I also just started posting and feel like I have a whole new group of friends.  This board is tops!!! 8)

But, if you if that way, it uses the Gates algorythim to parse the the intersecting vectors, causing the nanodrive function to operate at warp 5, rather than at the accellerated gigabyte function that most Microsoft operating systems are designed for. And EVERYONE know what would happen then!
I read this to my husband and he fell off the couch laughing!!! You must be a fellow computer geek, you all think and talk alike!!

My husband is a real computer geek so he helps me out with alot of stuff I don't know. If you have gotten a red "x" where you thought you posted a picture for your avatar or any picture, it's probably because you never shrunk the pic and it's too big.(byte-wise)
Here's a super easy way to shrink them.  After you have downloaded your pics put your pointer over the picture you want and right click on your mouse. A box of choices will open, go down to "send to" and pick "mail recipient" This will automatically bring up a box that asks you if you want to make your picture "smaller", choose yes. Then email it to yourself.  Open the email and right click on the picture in the email and now choose "save as" and send it to your desktop or a folder that you know you can find. (I know you're thinking - she said this is easy? ???) Now when you post and you have the browse box there, browse until you find it and now that it is smaller, it will post quickly and no more red "x's". Now, if you have no idea what I'm talking about, find a 10 year old kid - they know more than any adult I know about computers!!!! ;)

LMAO too!!! I used to be a professional photographer and your post really took me back.  I advertized that my specialty was pets and children. I was peed on, puked on, pooped on and bit by both.  One time someone brought 2 beautiful lab "pups" in for a shoot. They were both over 80 lbs and I was over 8 months pregnant. They chased each other around thousands of dollars worth of equipment, in and out of my large display windows and knocked down everything in site. Finally we got them both to look at the camera and I was so happy. Then I got the proofs back and saw that the boy pup was quite "excited" after the chase and his "red rocket" as my daughter calls it, was pointing right at the camera. :o People look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them I became a nurse because it was so much less stressful!!!!!!! ;) ;D    Cin
P.S. Chelle - Make mine a double Captain and coke!!!

Thanks Chelle.  I'm Cindy and I thought my life was complete w/ my rotten little Cairn Terrier, but I was so wrong. I wanted to tell you how sorry I was for you and Jasmine for your tragic loss this summer. I cried even harder when I read Wolf's story. I think you have a heart as big as a Pyr!!

Rocky's tail can touch the ground when he stands but alot of the time it is curled up over his back, it curls almost 1 1/2 times!! It's just starting to get really bushy. Maybe years and years ago they used them to fish trout out of the mountain streams  :D :D :D

Now that we have Rocky we see how wonderful large breeds are. Everyday we find a new breed that we think we may get next!! I think when the time comes we may try a rescue, maybe a female Newfie. Any thoughts on how those 2 may get along? Rocky is very sociable, he plays well with his sister, her Akita step-brother and my neighbor's shephard/lab mix. How great would that look walking in the park, giant white and giant black!!  We already get stopped by everyone we see. Oh well, this is a future dream as our space is limited right now but within the year we'll be moving and look out then!!! ;D

Rocky is 6 1/2 months. At his last visit (his neutering :'() to the vet he weighed 76 pounds but we think he's about up to 90+ now.  His dad and an uncle weigh over 120 so we think he's going to be a BIG boy.  But hey - the bigger the better I say!!!!

Hi! My husband and I have been enjoying this site for awhile and I was starting to feel like a voyer. I finally got up the nerve to try to post. We were the lucky owner of a "feisty" little paws, Cairn terrier, for about 8 years. My daughter got married 2 years ago and instead of giving me grandbabies she gave me "grand doggies". They had a beautiful Akita but that wasn't enough. They decided to adopt a baby girl Pyr. She was a fluffball w/ a gray badger mask and "black eyeliner" that made her so beautiful that she took your breath away. But what truely made me fall in love w/ her was her lazy, quiet, sweet nature.  When I learned that she still had a brother available, I begged my husband to treat me for my birthday. Life will never be the same, in a great way. Although my Cairn is kinda grumpy about his "little" brother at times, we have loved every minute of this adventure.  I have so enjoyed hearing about everyone elses "Big Paws" I wanted to share my joy w/ all of you - so -----Heeeere's Rocky!!!
