The 10 commandments are so true. My husband always went when they had to be PTS. I went with my last 2 that had to be put down. It was very hard, but still comforting in that I was there with them and saw them released from their pain. My last one passed away at home.I wish they could all go that way. It was quick, she was fine the day before, then had a seizure the next morning, went blind and we were with her when she passed. She was 10 years old.
We are their keepers and do our best to do the right things for them. Sometimes it is a hard road but so worth it for all the unconditional love they give us.

I use the easy leader harness on my bullmastiff. It is adjustable and the lead clips on to the ring on the front across the chest. It puts him off balance when he tries to lunge. It works great for him and me.

This is what it says about it:
Premier Pet Gentle Leader® Easy Walk™ Harness is designed to gently discourage your dog from pulling. It's so simple - easy to fit, and easy to use. There is very little acclimation time or special technique required. The Gentle Leader Easy Walk Harness redirects pressure through a front leash attachment, Premier's patent-pending martingale closure tightens slightly across the chest and shoulder blades when your dog attempts to pull forward. Leash not included. Not recommended to be used in conjunction with a retractable leash.

I would rescue him, he is a beauty. If he is submissive it should work out.

Awwwe, lovely pix of the kids. Looks like Zeva is blending in nicely with the rest. Actually it looks like she's got them wrapped around her little paw..........l ol. ;)

Actually as small as she is, Zeva doesn't take cr*p off of any of the other dogs. She is feisty.

Yes they love the beds. They don't come with a pillow, but you can use old bed pillows covered in a blanket, or just blankets. Then you can wash them which is a plus.

Monster Puppy is her nickname. Never have I had such a feisty strong minded little brat. Love her just the same.
Today she discovered the toilet paper. I'm getting ready for work then I go into the bathroom and there she is. Digging at the toilet paper roll. She is standing up on her hind legs, front feet digging furiously unrolling it at light speed. It was quite funny, tried not to laugh, told her leave it. She was having too much fun. I had to pick her up and put in the crate for a time out.
She has taken to rearranging the throw rugs, some of them very large. Also she did not like the place the giant dog bed pillow was, so she pulled it across the living room, and she is still just a baby. I'm worried she might decide on rearranging the furniture as she gets bigger.
Then she plays with Tesla the Rottie pup and Zander at he same time. I swear she looks like those Ninja fighters, taking on several opponents at the same time. I wonder if maybe it will encourage her to be too rough.
any feedback or suggestions will be much appreciated
