I've been recording Caesar Milan "the Dog Whisperer" shows and it just so happens on a show I watched today he stated that small dogs are more apt to bite than larger breeds. Also large dogs seem to be more gentle. Go figure. He was helping owners of a Mini Pinscher that bit everyone in his family.

Our family had a Saint name Clyde for 10 years. He grew up with my youngest son Tyler. He was the best babysitter. Small children were his best friends. For a dog so big (185LB) Clyde was the gentlest giant. Wherever Tyler was Clyde was always close by. Sadly he crossed the bridge last summer.

Groans, Gripes, Brags & Boasts / Tyler got 4th at Sectionals

Well my son Tyler got 4th at his wrestling sectionals this weekend. there were 38 teams at the sectional meet. Tyler wrestled 5 matches total on Saturday. Ty won the first 2 matches and lost the 3rd by 2 point. He then had what they call wrestle backs which means he had 2 more chances to move on to the State tournament. He won the 4th match but lost his 5th and final match by 1 point. the score was 2-1. We are very proud of his accomplishment since this was his first year wrestling and only 13 kids out of 28 made it to the sectionals from his team, also only 5 kids out of the 13 received 4th place and above.
