Holy moley, thats after one groom??

That's where I got my Dolly from. You may be right that there can be some byb's there, but I've never seen any puppy mills or anything. Anything like that is immediately reported to the site's staff. They have a contact page where you can tell them if there is a problem. But that doesn't change the fact that there are puppies on the site who need good homes, and shelter pups may not necessarily be any better. Of course, all puppies are wonderful!

I was just in Brazil and they have an insane amount of strays.  Sort of hijacking the thread, but here's some pics of the locals.

Excuse me Liz, but as cute as allllll the chihuahua pictures are, I don't believe a see a tongue in picture #3.  I love it anyway
