General Board for Big Dogs with Big Paws / Re: Mojo Sighting...
« on: July 03, 2006, 03:12:46 pm »
My mojo (hehe I learned a new word) goes places with me too.  I was scared to take her to a clothing store once but then a worker came up to me and started petting and saying how much they welcome dogs that are in their owners arms and she wishes everyone would bring their little dogs because they're so much fun.  Also, mine goes with me on the train all the time, to go to the vet, dog parks, and my grandma's house.  No one ever said anything to me about it...

I hate that whole "let me think about it before I do it" thing.  Mine does that too.  But she isn't big, or fluffy.

Thats fascinating!  I'm not sure if I believe in pet psychics either, but if there are too many coincidences, it would push me to believe it.  I'm so curious what he saw,

If you look at the black outline around the boston's leg -- the one up high -- you can it's been cut out of the original photo and pasted onto another photo.

What was the caption?

Definately not "This is a Photoshopped picture of a tiny Boston Terrier playing with a huge Pippin"

Boston Terriers are not supposed to exceed 25 lbs according to the breed standard.  And Pippin is umm over 100?  Have you called yet?  I'm curious!

And ooooh ohhh look at the shadows!  Pippin has a much bigger shadow than the Boston, even though they look so similarly sized in the picture.  Which could show that Boston was blown up...

Now that you mention it, it does look a little manipulated.  The outline of the Boston seems a little fake, like he was removed, blown up, and put back in.  Hmm....

She is extremely adorable.  Congrats!

Aner, just a warning, we women are an addictive bunch!

Oh god, don't I know it.  I'm from Tiny Tracks so I'm well aware of your addictingness.  I'm afraid, I'm very afraid.

Blair, this size difference is a regular occurance for you at your house  :D

Here's my little 5 pound Monkey with a Great Dane.

Holy moley!  With tiny dogs, even 8 weeks might be early, but with big paws, shouldnt they be at LEAST 6 weeks?

Games & Jokes / Re: Don't You Hate It...

Don't you hate it when you leave your Big Paw at home because your going someplace that doesn't allow dogs and you see someone carrying their small paw and no one says anything.

Oooooooooooooo oo - I HATE that!  Stupidist thing - dogs aren't allowed in the ball park where the hubby plays baseball.  Saddens me, cause Kate would love hanging out with us there SO much!  Once and a while I see a "little paw" being carried around - PISSES me OFF!!! >:( :P ::)

Well you guys get all the slobber, fetching, biiiig dog hugs and jog buddies that can go further than 1 mile.  We tiny trackers need SOMETHING that you guys can't have! ;)

With Tiny Tracks, it's actually really common.  My Miniature Pinscher Mika had ALL of her puppy teeth sticking out and all her adult teeth grown in when she went in for her spay.  She never lost a single puppy tooth.  They pulled them out and she seemed to have no problem with it.

I'm from Tiny Tracks, with no big paw in sight, and have been reading all the stuff about Barkley and it makes me cry.  Seriously.  I wish you both all the best, and I hope tomorrow will bring good things.
