We all went out with Mack today to one of his job sites.  I've always said Mack has the best view from his "office".  After, we stopped at our land in Lucerne Valley to let the pups run some more.  Here are some of the pictures we took.

The first picture was taken at about halfway up the mountain.

The next two were taken at the top of Rodman Mountain.

The last two were taken back down the hill on our land in Lucerne.

For the last couple of days I have been busy scanning over 10,000 pictures.  Anyway, I came across these and thought you all might enjoy.  The dogs belonged to our local AC officer and the doe had just lost it's mother to a vehicle.  The  little boy in the second picture is my son Karl (who is now grown and married).

I picked these for all my friends here at BPO.

One of the benefits of living in the desert; we can't grow grass without spending an arm and leg but we have roses year around.
