Dory is a very sweet girl that I took in bc I breeder was surrendering her bc they were unable to sell her since she is blind. She is a reverse brindle about 14 weeks of age, has had her first round of shots. She gets around very well, once she know the lay of the house. She plays good with my other dogs. She is almost fully potty trained, and she doesn't really chew on things. I currently have her in dog training, she currently know sit and is doing ok with walking on a leash. She is going to require the right person to be able to work with her, as well as a fenced yard. She will be a big girl, so it will be very important for her to get training and socialization. There will be an adoption fee of $100.00. It will be required that she be spayed as well. Thanks

Behavior, Housebreaking, Obedience / Bryce and Milo VERY VERY Bad!!!!!!
« on: December 29, 2008, 08:31:18 am »
 :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Really bad night Bryce and Milo got into a big fight over i am really not sure what started it. My worker came to pick up keys for the truck and my girlfriend was just leaving Milo and Bryce do not like anyone to close to me even if they know you. Milo started it and all of a sudden fur and blood was flying all over my worker jumped in between them because that is 300 pounds of dog and i could not get them off each other. I was screaming at the top of my lungs and finally they were apart. Blood everywhere i checked each of them and found no blood it was my worker bitten in 3 different places on both hands. My power had just gone down from a wind and rain storm so i was already stressed. I had to take the worker to the ER and we sat there for 2 hr he had to get stitches and his hands looked terrible. I felt so bad he had no health insurance and his meds were 75.00 and i am sure i will be picking up the ER visit.I was also informed the Health Department would be in touch with me now i am really upset. Sorry so long i am just really STRESSED OUT Marina

A close friend passed away and I have been fostering her pets for her. unfortunately this one needs A LOT of attention. She is super sweet and affectionate great with other dogs and has an amazing personality. i have her updated on all of her shots and on advantix. It would be nice to if somebody would pay her vet bills that were incurred. I honestly just don't have the time to take care of her. I want to be sure she goes to home that will be able to her the time she needs. thanks for your time. -alex

My Christmas has been very stressful to say the least! This is my first Christmas without my Mom. I have tried not to mention it when others ask me how i am doing when really i  just feel like crying. I have been snow plowing for 4 days straight with not much sleep that brings out the stress as well. Needless to say Christmas was over before it begin. Today Bryce and i finally got to his package which he has been longing for since the day it arrived. Thank you very much for his favorite treats and stuffed animal. The one he really loved a little to much was the X-Lg Moo Bone could not be taken away from him. For the first time ever he growled at me not once but 3 x i put him in the bathroom with the bone and could hear him working on it. I had to figure a to take it away from him so he didn't get in a fight with the other 2.So i opened the bathroom door and scared him he dropped it and i grabbed it. Well he won't be seeing his Christmas Moo bone for a while  :'( :'( :'(

Babies of almost ANY breed are just adorable - are they not?

Can you imagine holding this little one in your hand - wow!
Look at those cute little feet, let alone that tiny face, lol.
Wonder what my Bryce would do with it.  Hope he wouldn't think it was one of his 'Cuz' toys...

Today is a big day for Bryce i hope he cooperates for his teachers! I got a call yesterday and he is to be the star of the video they are making at school today he is to be the reindeer! I hope i will be able to get a copy! Marina

Please read even though this person did this he still might get off. There needs to be stiffer laws passed so that humans do not get away with cruelty to animals.

Please, please sign this petition and forward.
These people duct taped this dog's mouth shut and starved him, along with beatings!!!!  They kept him in their attic.

let's get these monsters off the streets, before they can do more harm.

Food Discussion & Information / How does your Dog Food Brand compare?
« on: October 29, 2008, 06:17:32 am »
How does your Dog Food Brand compare?
Are you concerned about the dry food your dog is eating? Looking for detailed information about certain food ingredients? Confused about inconsistent information about dogfood from pet food manufacturers? Need help comparing dog food brands and finding a better one?

Then you are exactly where I was when I first heard about the disgusting materials some pet food manufacturers put into their products. I picked up a bag of Science Diet and consciously looked at the ingredient list for the first time. Even without any previous knowledge I could see that it did not include any real meat and was preserved with the same chemicals I avoid in human food products. I never bought another bag of Science Diet and started researching and comparing products. One of the things I learned was that any commercial sources are best avoided if you want hard facts, not biased "infomercial" style sales pitches trying to sell you one product or another. Hopefully you will find this site helpful, make up your own mind about different food brands and their quality, choose a better food and who knows - maybe even save some money.

Groans, Gripes, Brags & Boasts / I am so angry!

 :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Well we had some light snow today and the strays in the neighborhood are hungry.During the summer i try not to feed them but when i am pulling away and see them eating out of someone garbage it breaks my heart. Two if the cats are neighbor's cats they let room and NEVER let the inside. The part that really bothers me is the snow will be coming and i will see them looking for shelter :'( :'( One is a small white kitten and she has green eyes.I have cameras up all around the house and they are setting off the motion sensors so i always see who is eating etc.I don't understand why someone wouldn't let a kitten in the house?
I remind my cats how Lucky they are!  ??? ???

Bryce has his school pictures tomorrow! There is a woman that has a mobile pet studio and she will be coming to his school ! He will look very handsome until he drools on the lady or sends some across the room! Marina
