He taught our German Shepherd to sing years ago and thinks it's hilarious. I had Sadie over there this afternoon to play with the boys and he decided that Rocky (our GSD) and him should teach Sadie this wonderful trick. Sure! It took her months to figure out that taking a dump in the living room is not the way to Mommy's heart, and she still can't figure out how to walk by a shoe without putting it in her mouth and gnawing it to shreds, but she learns this OBNOXIOUS trick in about 2.5 seconds!

But if BPO ever hosts a Big Paws Idol competition, Sadie is in it to win it  ;)

Oh no! Poor Lacey! I hope she's ok and crate rest does the trick. Our Golden Bailey had TPLO surgery a year ago to fix a torn ACL, but I think my vet gave us some pamphlets on all the options including non-surgical ones. I'll try to dig them up if I can find them. I'm pretty sure swimming was in there as the preferred form of exercise. Does Lacey swim? Give the poor baby hugs from us!

Sadie took FOREVER to get it. I was ready to kill her. I don't even think she really gets it now, I just stay one step ahead of her all the time. She's not the brightest bulb on the tree, but what can you do?

Sadie lost her freaking mind with the fireworks. She didn't know what to do. She was running around like a maniac trying to protect everyone from the big bad noises. She hovers over Maggie the cat anyway, but this was nuts. Poor girl didn't know what to do with herself.

Oh Man! Sadie is MAD at Momma for not taking her for ice cream with the birthday boy! I totally missed this! Next time. Well, I guess there won't be a next time since Winslow is apparently too high class for ice cream  ;) :P

Unfortunately, I can believe it. I've seen that kind of stuff where I am too and it's so sad. That was my biggest fear when my kitty Gus got loose, that someone would just decide to keep him because he's such a sweetie. Good for you for finding the owners, I'm sure they were beside themselves thinking he was gone forever or hurt or something. God forbid one of my babies ever got out again, but I'm glad there are people like you out there. I'm just sorry that there are so many other people out there who are NOT like you.
