Once again, great pics!
The pic w/ Jigsaw nuzzling and baby soaking up some Mamma Love.... the angle in which you took the pic of his face, I can so see "little man" bully features.  Friggin' adorable.

He he, 2Criminals.  We were posting at exactly the same time and both of us were saying to follow your instincts.  Great minds....   ;)  :D

LOL, I actually started my post well before anyone else posted, I just couldn't get the right words out...it's late. Seems everyone is on the same page though ;)

I was posting also... sounds like were all on the same page!

It sounds a bit unsettling, mostly because he appears when you and Bear are leaving "alone".  I agree with the other posts in regards to the language barrier. But don't set aside the uncomfortable feelings you have when he "appears"... they're there for a reason.  Since there is a language barrier, try pointing to your ring and then shake your finger and head in a sort of a disapproval way(if that makes sense).  And turn and walk away.  It may seem a bit rude, but you need to draw the line so he can understand.
I was followed home from school when I was in junior high. I was very fortunate, in that I paid attention to people and vehicles around me.  The same guy/vehicle passed me 11-12 times... following me as I walked away from the busy streets to my quiet little cul-de-sac and an empty house.  The last time he passed me was on the corner of my cul-de-sac... I took the opportunity while drove down further to turn around... I never ran so fast to get into the house and lock the doors. I watched him through the curtains as he drove slowly into the cul-de-sac and waited... he finally left.  To this day, remembering this scares the bejezzes out of me... and that was about 30 years ago. I had an unsettling feeling and had and urgent "flight" response.
Sorry to jack the post, but I truly believe in listening to your initial feelings.  I don't mean to scare you, cuz he may be harmless, but you can't take chances. Stay Alert and hang with friends.

We had a blast! We only had a general route/plan. June was a bit warm for the pups, but the truck was air conditioned and we made sure we had lots of water when we hiked... and limited it to short jaunts on several occasions.
We go to Central Oregon (approx. 3 hrs away) for long weekends or "stay-cations".  It's open desert land and forests.  This is where we love to go... not many people and the dogs are able to be off leash.  It's well worth the time to drive and get away.  We always go back to the same general area.  We can spend on average... less than $500 for a week of camping for a family of 4 w/ 3 BPs.  And that includes food and gas for the truck, motorcycles and quad.
here's a pic from our springbreak vacation (3/08).  Very interesting weather.  It was sunny and it snowed!  I was able to get pics of the kids for christmas cards and "school pics".  my avatar is sera hiking in the snow from springbreak.

El'skids
My dream vacation would be a road trip, with no strict times of arrival, eating and staying in little "dives", and not spending a fortune to do it.

Ahhhhhh.....

It's been several years, but my husband, daughter, 2 great danes (Appollos and Sera)I drove from our home in Oregon to Moab, UT (in our crew cab w/canopy) to meet my sister. What a friggin' blast!! No time constraints!! We visited where dogs were allowed to be... our only limits.  Grand Canyon, 4-corners, Salt Lake, numerous campgrounds and so many others that my pea brain can't remember or can't remember the name of.  We ran into so many people that just wanted to know about our dogs... some were so amazed at Appollos, cuz they'd never seen a dog that size.
We love roadtrips... our vacations are determined on what our dogs can or can not do.
I'll try to attach a few pics.

OMG! what fun to go back and see these pics... some were marked 2003, but they were all from june of 2004.

A dane puppy  ;)  Do they know if he/she is deaf, and with those light blues, possibly blind?

all my white danes(rescues) have had blue eyes... no blindness! 2 have been completely deaf(all white ears/heads) and one only deaf in one ear(merle coloring on the one hearing ear).  i was told that they are usually deaf with the white completely covering their ears/head... and it has held true to the white danes i've have/had.

Oh... he/she is adorable.  love the big boned look.
