It is up to you of course but I do not recommend having your new pup sleep in you bed with you, I allowed my Dobie to sleep with me and when he got too big and I wanted him out of bed it took me 2 whole months to get him to stop sneaking into to bed after I fell asleep, such a smart boy he is. I would definitely take baby steps with seperating her from you little by little, seperation anxiety can be a big problem.

That is hilarious and oh so true, they always have to go through all the toys don't they. What a beautiful boy you have, how old is he? My neighbor has a Newf, she used to have a Landseer as well but she was put down last summer.

I am so sorry to hear about Sasha. That is just terrible. I can't believe what her previous owners did to her. She is very lucky to be in your hands now, I wish you all the best with Sasha in the future. I just adore Newfs. BTW my Dobies name is Sasha.

I couldn't agree more with the last sentence, oh soooo true. I prefer the gentle leader over the pinch collar though, Dobes are sensitive.
