My Best friend is having a baby in Victoria BC, and I'm thinking of flying out there for a month to see her and to help out.  I also don't want to leave Naja for a whole month, so I'm thinking of bringing her with me!  Problem is, I don't have one of those giant special crates for her.  So does anyone who lives within a 2 or 3 hour drive of me have one I  can borrow for a month?? Or know where I can maybe rent one, or buy one fairly cheaply??

Trish, I don't have any, but I too will make sure to ask around.  As for Jeanne's suggestion, I think that's a great idea!  You might even be able to get one of the big box stores to donate one plus the printer, it really is no big expense to them, plus they can make a publicity thing out of it.

Welcome back Emily!!!  Don't worry, that 17 yr old boy is probably telling you the truth.  In fact the beer is mine, I stashed it at your house as an excuse to sneak in and hang out with Clifford and Annie while you were gone.  ;) :D

Glad you had a great trip!  I'm hoping we get to see some pictures once you're all settled in!  ;D

Aw Lyn!  Poor Bubba and Lola!   I know how un-fun doggy ear infections can be.  Both Moo and Naja had chronic infections when they were puppie.  Thank you for the reminder though.  I'm gonna go make sure I still have a bottle of ear solution.

And good for you for taking them in, are you fostering them or are they staying with you?

That leads me to another question that is probably best left to a post all its own, but hopefully the answer won't be too long.  What is Culling?  Is it what I think it is? and Why would a breeder do it?   ??? :-[

It could also be a reaction to an ingredient in the food.  I started Naja off of Canidae, and she did wonderful until they changed their formula.  I think they added Barley??  Anyways, her poops got really runny and gross too.  I've had her on Origen 6Fish for a long time now, and her poops are usually nice and firm now.  Unless she's gotten into something she's not supposed to, then that's not the case.  :-\ :P
