she is 2 1/2 she loves her faimly but we cannot keep her we are moving and have a baby on the way she has severe dog aggresion so must be a one dog only home with a 6 foot fence or kennel for her she loves to play and go fo walks maybe some schooling would help her never had the money for it hat to put her in a shelter we have 17 days or the town will be taking her

Behavior, Housebreaking, Obedience / Teaching a puppy to 'ask to go outside'

Our baby, Ozzy is having a bit of a housebreaking issue ... in his foster home he was paper trained and has chosen 'two spots' in the house as his 'papers' ... when we take him outside (after crate time, after play time, after eating time, and more) he goes outside and gets praised big time ... but there are still a few accidents in the house where we don't catch him in time ... it seems as if he just doesn't know to go to the door and ask to go out, any advice on teaching a dog to go to the door???  Thanks for your help ... Introduce Yourself to the Forum / Introducing Ozzy

We are the new 'parents' of a rescue puppy named Ozzy ... he is part Australian Shepherd and part 'something big' ... we're not sure what the 'big' part is but we're guessing Great Pyrenees or something similar ... he's 13 weeks and 30 pounds - 30 pounds of pure LOVE!!!

He has fit nicely into our family pack of an 8 year old female husky mix (Fable), 2 year old female rat terrier (Minerva) and 2 year old stray cat (Mystery), along with our two teenage boys (13 and 16 years old).

I am just so amazed at this living 'stuffed animal' ... he's the most affectionate, loving, adorable baby I've ever had and I can't wait to see just how big he ends up being (we're saving up for a king size bed right now, tee hee).
