We bought Sergeant's Gold flea and tick drops today at Wal-Mart.  We applied it per directions, and within 1/2 an hour, 3 of our dogs had severe allergic reactions.  6 baths later, we learned our lesson.  I would use caution with anything that contains Cyphenothrin.

 This is our first rodeo with a Mal. We have several older dogs, many of them pound pups that we've rescued.  When we saw her at the shelter, she was 7 weeks olds, not sure what she was.  Then our vet said she was a Mal, and we were lucky to find her.  She is soo full of herself, and loves to herd the other dogs around.  Have you ever seen a Blue Heeler heeled?  We do everyday.  Any suggestions on the best way to spend her endless supply of energy?  She has 1.5 acres of fenced domain to roam, and she has started patroling the fence line every evening.
