Daisy was being fed Innova LBP, but I decided to switch her Orijen. I have over half of a 33 lb bag left, would anyone be interested in it? All you'd have to pay for is shipping from 56258.

Next, I have an unopened 33 lb. bag of Eagle Pack Holistic large/giant breed puppy. I don't need it. I paid right around $58 at a local store. They special ordered it for me, and won't let me return it. I'll sell it for $20, and you pay shipping from 56258 as well.

I can take paypal, whatever, I just don't need the foods, and thought maybe someone on here might!

Yesterday, March 16th, we put down my best friend of 15 years, Oreo the Papillion. I don't have a memory without her, and she sure was my heart dog! I always promised her that I would be with her, if I could, when it was time. I rubbed her head and told her how much I would always love her, as she slipped off to the Rainbow bridge.

Hey now, Ruthanna, we runner's take offense to that! ;)
(Kidding).

I ALWAYS give the dog all the room it needs, and if I were asked to give Grace a second, I would in a flash! Then again, I'm a dog person, maybe this lady just doesn't get it?

I'm sorry Megan! I just put down my best friend of 15 years, about a half hour. I know how it feels, though it sounds like you gave Mickey the best year she probably had ever experienced! My thoughts go out to you!

Sounds great, let me know how those liver brownies go, other dogs in the house would probably enjoy them! I'll try the liver and the sweet potatoes and let ya know how it goes, thanks again!

I have been making my own treats lately, but they require refridgeration most of the time.
I have dehydrated liver in my oven and am thinking about trying to dehydrate some chicken strips soon, maybe tomorrow.
I have also dehydrated banana's(took forever at 175 degrees)
and sweet potatoes.
I just have to cut whatever im dehydrating fairly thin and it's fine.
Just remember if it's really moist the longer it takes in the oven if you want it crisp.

Oooo, thanks for the info! I'm going to try and do some liver up, I bet it'll be cheaper then treats. How long does it last if you store it in the fridge? I need something I can take with her handling class, and to use at home. Do you know if liver is fairly low cal? I bet sweet potatoes are, I'm a health nut and eat those all the time....

Here are a few more of Daisy!

...the spots on her tigh and tummy are from the sun, she's not missing any hair!

"Is there something in my toofs?"

My *new* favorite pic of her!

I just like how black she is here....
