Saint Bernard General Discussions / Call from police at 4am. OMG

Judge decided he would run away last night when I let the cat in. I couldnt go out looking cause the kids were all in bed so I left the porch door open for him. 4 AM I get a call from the OPP (Ontario Provncial Police.) Scared the crap out of me. Apparently Judge was at Tim Hortons (dohnut shop) . Judges and or local law inforcments favorite spot. I asked them if they could bring him home. LOL They did although I told them not to be giving him any Tim Bits or he would slobber all over the car.When they opened the door for him to get out he just sat there.

As if to say" OK Boys lets find those bad guys." The cop had to walk him to the door and still he tried to follow him. Im sure they slipped him a Tim Bit. LOL Needless to say I got no sleep. Judge went strait to MY BED and was snorring in a mater of seconds. What a night.

Remembering those no longer with us. / Sadie May

Its been a very sad day for my Sister (Cuttles Sadie May). Sadie was run over by a car yesterday afternoon. There was no vet available to see her last night but we took her first thing this morning. Her hip and pelvis were baddly broken and she was in alot of pain. She was such a trooper. Tough as ever. It really didnt seem that bad untill we saw the x-rays. There was very little that could be done for her. Total hip replacement among other very painfull procedures could have been tried but Sadie would have to be sent 6hours away as there is no surgeon close by for this kind of operation.The injurys were just too bad. Carole very reluctantly made the decission to have her put down. It was so hard on Caroles girls. I wish there would have been some way to save her or to take some of there pain away.

Hi!! Sorry to come on here but Im wondering if your getting my emails?? I still have not gotten my BPO t shirt??? Wondering if it was shipped??? I get lots of stuff off ebay and there are a few things that have come that I payed for after my T. Seems strange.

We spent the day yesterday at my Dads farm. Judge had a ball. He decided the best place to run was through the cow poo and mud. The picture doesnt really show how dirty he was but Im sure you can imagine. He didnt smell the best eather.

I just saw my first GP in person. OMG He was just beautiful. BIG too. I have seen lots of pictures but I have never seen one.
I think I want one. LOL Someday.
OH Yah the one I saw LIVES with sheep. He is the best sheep dog these people have ever had. I told them about big paws hope they come and post pictures.

Anything Non-Dog Related / HELP LOL!!

OK Guys I need advice. I bought David (7 yr old skin kid) a ginny pig for his Birthday. Today I picked up the most BEAUTIFULL kitten at the pet store. NOW, I guess the kids think its a free for all and brough home a BIG white rabbit. I CANT KEEP THEM ALL.

The guy who gave my 7 year old the rabbit didnt even call to see if it was OK He just handed it over so I cant let the poor thing go back there. Im going out to my sisters to see if she can keep it. ( Hope she doesnt read this before I get there. HEEHEEHEE) Ill let you know what happens. OH YES Here are some pictures.

Helpful Groups & Dogs in Need / I want to rescue a Dane!!! How?

I was seriously thinking about buying a Great Dane pup but the more and more I read on the net and all the rescue sites have kind of changed my mind. There are way to many of these beautiful animals out there that need a loving home. It just seems so complicated to rescue!!! They want you to have a fenced in yard, which I do not but I live in the country so I dont see the need! Some of the sites even ask that you dont have any other pets?

? ALSO!!!! I am in Northern Ontario and there just isnt a rescue near by!!!
Its just like adopting a child! Although my dogs are treated like children only I think my fur babies are better behaved than my skin kids LOL

Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Saint Bernard General Discussions / OK Judges turn for the "BIG SNIP"

Judge has an appointment on Tuesday to get the dirty deed done. My poor big boy.

He just cant handle being a man. His insticts are too powerfull therefor Ive decided that its time. Hope this helps with the MARKING my house and the need to run all over town.
