Oh forgot to add that I phoned 2 local wildlife rehabbers and neither are interested in raising him so that he could eventually released.

I even offered to keep him until he is weaned.. but in order to be released he needs to know that he's a bird and learn from other Pigeons.
He thinks that I am him mommy. So if I even released him when he was ready he would either not leave or fly to the first person he saw. My stupid neighbour would kill him so that's out of the question.
The rehabbers said that Pigeons are basically pests so they don't take them.

What's funny is that they took those 2 baby raccoons I brought them. Now to most people Raccoons are pests too.
So it looks like we are 100% for sure keeping him. I couldn't just release him and hope he lived.
