ohhhhh wow, the loft sounds great, like you said lots of work, but thats stuff that can be worked on, it is harder to work on where it is located. I am telling you I would be scared out of my mind, walking around in a area like that. Just reading about it makes me feel dirty lol.....

And I can imagine how pissed you must have been, I know how you must have been talking about your dogs, and when you get emails or letters from potential tenants you dont miss sh.. like that. Im loyal, so now I hate her too lol....

Good luck with finding something else though. And if not, you know where to find NC, we could use a nicker here. Hmmmm you may find our house a little cramped though, if you had 12 000 sq ft in mind lol....

Poor Nicki! What a dumb girl!!! But you are better off without it...remember that the boys would have no where to pee other than on the girls bed...hehehe that would have been funny! No! NO! NOOO!!!  Bad idea to move there!  That is NOT a good neighborhood for anybody...esp. not a single woman even with large-ish dogs (love to Angus, here!)  "This is your mother speaking!  Nope!  Not good!"  Okay, let's try another neighborhood, okay??  We'd ALL worry about you there!! I've been in that part of town in the broad daylight and it's scary...can't imagine (don't want to either!) at night!
