I don't know if anyone else finds this intriguing but on TLC- Monday night at 10 e/p there is going to a thing on ferril children. They show tons of kids actual raised in the wild or who are ignored so much that they can't speak or anything. I guess without learning "normal" human behaviors you turn are in an animal-like state.

These are recent stores I believe. They show a boy in current clothing and a story from the 60s, I believe, about a 13 year old girl in the promo. Even if it is the same as what you saw I am so excited though!
