Great Pry -Puppy Help Please!!

I have ?'s about Great Pyr's - my 1st time owning a dog and needs lots of help please.
She is a female named Chloe.  I got her at 12 weeks old and have had her for 6 weeks.  We plan on keeping her as an inside dog.  She potty trained quickly and lets me know when she needs to go out by sitting by the back door or barking during the night when I'm sleeping to wake me up.
Crate training has not worked for her - she barks continuously, drools, pants and sometimes potties on herself.  After 3 weeks of her barking all night and pooping in the crate and all over her white coat which also meant morning baths we switched her to our bedroom.  She seems happy and relaxed finally with her blanket and chew bone sleeping by the bed but she wakes us up at least 3 or 4 times during the night barking to go out. I'm wondering if she should need to go out to potty this many times??  I may be expecting too much at her young age but would like to know because other people have told me that she should be holding it through the night by now.

She also panicks when we've tried taking her in a car or truck us.  Is this something she will adjust to?

I have been brushing her every few days but I've been told to have her groomed by a professional groomer every 3 months - is this enough or should it be monthly?

She is growing very fast and I want to make sure I train her properly and do the right things before she is bigger than I am.

I am not sure about the potty that many times at night,my pup is 3 1/2 months and sleeps in his crate at night without any mistakes and has been for a while, so my guess would say she wants outside maybe not always to potty.

When bear is in his crate and I am in the same room with him he barks at me constantly wanting out,I never know if he has to potty or just wants to get out,he has learned this trick by me letting him outside when he barks because I dont know which it really is,now he fools me,more times then most he just wants out.I would suggest putting her in a different room at night to where she cant see you,if she is anything like my boy there is no same room and quite.

As far as grooming,I groom bear daily to keep his coat in top condition and him looking good.
