Poor guy, looks terrified. Look at how that tail is tucked. Did you forward this to the rescue in SC? I will forward if you would like. Their web site is: http://www.sosmastiffrescue.org/ and just click on the state name and it will give you the state coordinators name and email.
Hope he gets saved soon>

I didnt' know about the Mastiff rescue, he is in a no-kill rescue, so I dont think he would be in any immediate danger.
