How do I insert pictures in text

I am trying to insert some pictures in a blog.  I know the pictures have to have an Http path.  How do I do that again?

Upload your pictures into www.photobucke t.com.  That is the easiest and quickest way to do it.

Just click on "Insert Image" above and put the image's http address in between the [img] and  [/img.  Hope this is what you were asking.
